Who We Are
Talkin’ Helps is a private online therapy and coaching practice serving Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Led by LaRhonda Gough, LCSW-C, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than twenty years of experience, the practice offers warm, judgment-free support for women navigating burnout, overwhelm, and life transitions; teens facing anxiety, ADHD, and social challenges; men in transition; and families working through change. Care blends practical, evidence-based therapy with executive-functioning and accountability coaching — real conversation, real support, and changes that hold in everyday life. Sessions are online, so help is accessible from wherever you’re most comfortable. Where life gets lighter, one conversation at a time.
